Well let's start with my nickname "The Negotiator", which is where my license plate stemmed from and in turn my web address. I've tried to make that word synonymous with quality and trust.
My view on Real Estate
It needs to be about connecting with my clients on a personal level while continually exceeding professional expectations, let's face it if we weren't scared, excited, or in need of council Realtors wouldn't be around.
It needs to be bigger than me
Something I sincerely desire to see grow is the work that the Children's Miracle Network is doing. I fully support their efforts and have stood behind them with the Miracle Home Program since I joined RE/MAX in 2004.
I was raised mainly in Lambton County and have come to appreciate the amazing value of being on Lake Huron, in a border city, with relatively low cost of living. I was married in 2001, joined the "club of home owners" in 2002 and later that year became a licensed Realtor.
Since then I have enjoyed working with and meeting all my past and present clients, I find that getting to know my clients is a great part of my career. I always get excited when my clients decide “this is the one” as I get to experience their excitement first hand.
